To whom it may concern,
My name is Caden Thomason, and I’m from El Dorado Hills, California. I’m currently a student at the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in Biotechnology. Science has always interested me, especially when it comes to biology and improving people’s lives.
Outside of school, I work at West Coast Supplies, doing sales from my home in Reno. Before starting sales, I worked in the warehouse and would deliver pallets of shipping materials to farms, factories, and food producers all across California. It’s given me a lot of experience working in a warehouse and understanding how products move, how to deal with customers, and how to keep things running smoothly.
When I’m not working or studying, I’m usually golfing, working on my truck, or at the gym. Golf has become a huge part of my life; it’s something I’d love to turn into a career one day. Whether it’s playing, working in the golf industry, or just being around the sport, it’s something I’m passionate about. Recently this Summer, I got my handicap to a 5 with a personal best round of 2 over at Old Greenwood. Unfortunately, I have blow-up rounds, so I can never seem to keep my handicap down.
I also value time with my friends and my girlfriend. My Dad would constantly tell me that people around you play a big role in who you become, and I’m blessed to have many great, lifelong friends around me.
My biggest goal in life is to be successful enough to retire my parents. They’ve supported me every step of the way, and being able to give back to them would mean the world to me.
